Delete your whole account

1. Email manuscriptweb@gmail.com from the email address you use on StockXpress, with the subject "Delete my StockXpress account". (If you signed in with Google, use your Google email address.)
2. If you want only some data removed instead of the whole account, say which.
3. We may reply to confirm the request came from you.
4. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email, password hash, Google link, phone and address), watchlists, portfolios and transactions, alerts and price-update emails, saved screens, backtests, AI reports and history (including shared links), AI assistant chat, playbook documents and AI usage records. Discussion posts are deleted or anonymised. Copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

Delete parts of your data yourself

• Watchlists, portfolios, transactions, alerts, saved screens and price-update emails: use the delete buttons on those pages.
• AI history and shared links: open AI history and delete an item or stop sharing it.
• AI assistant chat: use the clear-chat button in the assistant (it is also cleared every day).
• Profile details: edit or clear them on your Profile page.

Facebook and Instagram

StockXpress does not offer Facebook or Instagram sign-in and stores no data from your Facebook or Instagram account. We only publish our own posts there. Comments and likes on those posts are held by Meta; manage them in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Signed in with Google?

After your account is deleted you can also remove StockXpress from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
